Flour Yield starts with a real operating business: Balkan Basalt in Albania. The strategy connects industrial production with new uses for basalt, and a developing digital ecosystem.

Today, construction and infrastructure provide the commercial base. The next step is to expand processing, production and logistics.

Basalt flour opens a further pathway: soil remineralisation and, subject to measurement and verification, enhanced rock weathering.

In Cassacco, Italy, a planned field pilot will test application, soil response and monitoring before wider deployment.

Insela is building the GreenFi operating layer, connecting resources, field projects, science and commerce.

FYT is the ecosystem utility token for payments, access and rewards. It grants no mine ownership or basalt redemption rights. FYC is a separate, planned settlement project.

The proposed allocation directs ninety percent of net proceeds to Balkan Basalt expansion, and ten percent to Flour Yield development, subject to final budgets and controls.

Real-world context · Balkan Basalt

A resource you can see.

In the mountains of northern Albania, Balkan Basalt operates an open-pit mine at Spaç near Reps. Extraction, processing and physical material give the Flour Yield story a tangible point of departure.

GreenFi · Insela UAB

From the mountain to living soil.

Insela's GreenFi vision connects a physical basalt supply with real applications: mineral inputs for soils, prospective enhanced rock weathering projects and the digital utility of the Flour Yield ecosystem.

The real-world pathway

  • Resource. Basalt is extracted and processed in Albania by Balkan Basalt.
  • Application. Insela develops commercial and regenerative uses for the material.
  • Evidence. Environmental outcomes would require project execution, measurement and verification.

1,000,000 tonnesThe FYT White Paper v15 describes this as an Insela–Balkan Basalt purchase and supply quantity for operational use, held on consignment. It is not a geological reserve figure.

The mine and supply relationship provide project context. FYT does not give holders ownership of basalt, a secured claim on the mine, physical delivery, redemption rights or an entitlement to financial returns.

Process and oversight

Insela review and institutional due diligence

Insela UAB reviews each application and may request additional corporate, ownership, source-of-funds and wallet information. Insela and/or Bank Frick may conduct due diligence through separate approved channels. The online form does not collect passports, selfies, bank statements or other KYC evidence.

Submission and any banking review are separate from Insela's express subscription acceptance. Formal settlement instructions follow only for an accepted application.

Project development

Build the operating asset.
Develop the GreenFi platform.

The traditional investor presentation proposes two principal destinations for net proceeds. The allocation below is a management plan, subject to final budgets, controls and the operative documents.

90%

Balkan Basalt expansion

Mining operations, processing capacity, production and logistics, including development for higher-value basalt markets.

10%

Flour Yield development

The Italian pilot, ERW methodology and monitoring, ecosystem technology and merchants, and the separate FYC development workstream.

The approved PP Term Sheet and current FYT White Paper govern the intended use of proceeds and the associated risks. Project activities may include ecosystem development, technical work and operational initiatives only to the extent described in those operative documents. This page does not create a restricted fund, reserve, collateral package or distribution commitment.

Controlled document access

Read the exact documents supplied with your invitation

Before applying, request the approved PP Term Sheet, Subscription Terms, operative FYT White Paper, Risk Disclosure and Privacy Notice from your Insela contact. If a separate FYC Genesis arrangement is expressly offered, review its own approved terms as well. Record the supplied versions in the application. Do not rely on a historical white paper or an unversioned website summary.

FYC Genesis is separate. An investor applies to purchase FYT, not FYC. FYC is proposed and has not launched. FYT does not generally carry a conversion, redemption or automatic FYC entitlement; any separately offered Genesis arrangement is conditional on its own terms.
