From token project to operating GreenFi.

Flour Yield began with an important foundation: the Flour Yield Token (FYT), issued and administered by Insela UAB as a MiCA Title II crypto-asset for ecosystem utility.

The next stage is broader. Insela is developing an operating GreenFi model around real regenerative projects, basalt remineralisation and Enhanced Rock Weathering.

Enhanced Rock Weathering — ERW — is central to this direction. Suitable silicate rock such as basalt can potentially support two complementary objectives: returning minerals to agricultural soils and, under appropriate conditions, accelerating natural weathering processes that remove atmospheric CO₂.

Our role is to build the project infrastructure around these activities: field design, material readiness, baseline planning, specialist coordination, evidence capture and preparation for qualified scientific and MRV partners.

The long-term ambition is clear: real projects create measurable environmental activity; scientifically credible ERW can create economic activity; and FYT provides the digital utility layer around the growing ecosystem.

Our First Reference Project

One field. Two dimensions.

The proposed first reference project is the TarCasso Longevity Field in Cassacco, Friuli, Italy.

The pilot is designed around both dimensions of the basalt strategy: soil remineralisation as an agricultural objective and Enhanced Rock Weathering as a potential carbon-removal pathway.

The field provides a defined setting in which parcels, controls, baseline conditions, basalt batches, application protocols and observations can be documented systematically.

This creates the first practical environment in which Insela can build and test a repeatable regenerative and ERW project framework.

ERW is a project objective, not a pre-determined result. The pilot does not assume or guarantee carbon removal. Any quantified CO₂ removal requires appropriate material characterisation, baseline design, monitoring and qualified scientific or MRV assessment.

The Green Dividend

The FYT concept includes a future Green Dividend mechanism designed to connect the economic success of ERW-related activities with the wider Flour Yield ecosystem.

The underlying logic is straightforward: as Insela and its partners develop commercially viable ERW projects, future ERW-related business may create an economic basis for the Green Dividend mechanism described in the FYT framework.

This makes ERW strategically important not only from an environmental perspective, but also as a potential long-term economic engine for the Flour Yield ecosystem.

“Green Dividend” describes an ecosystem mechanism and should not be understood as a corporate-law dividend, guaranteed return, entitlement to Insela revenues or direct ownership of carbon credits. Its implementation remains subject to the FYT framework, applicable law, governance decisions and the actual development of commercially viable ERW activity.
FYT does not grant ownership of Insela, land, crops, basalt or carbon-removal assets. It does not provide voting rights, guaranteed redemption or guaranteed financial returns. Environmental outcomes and future ERW revenues cannot be assumed in advance.
